This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field

  • 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar type work

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills

  • Strong problem solving, planning, and organizational skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be a self-starter

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment

  • Proficiency with Power BI

What will your day look like?

In this fast-paced role, your work will influence the decision making of firm leadership daily through: 1) creating reports and analyses that highlight the firm’s financial performance; 2) analysis and project management involving internal stakeholders (attorneys, other staff departments) and international colleagues on a variety of matters to include budgeting, accruals and forecasting; 3) research and data collection in support of critical firm initiatives leveraging firm systems, tools, and databases and internal points of contact.

General & Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $82,441 – $119,545 per year. If hired to work in San Francisco or Palo Alto the expected annual pay range is $86,025 – $124,743 per year. If hired to work in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle the expected annual pay range is $78,856 – $114,348 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
